In this mini-lecture Jos Meis shows you the details of this fascinating pendulum in the shape of a classical temple. The mantel clock comes from the time of Louis the XVI, from the last quarter of the 18th century. Two turning circles indicate the time, the upper circle indicates the minutes, the lower circle the hours.
