Royal Association of Fine Art Dealers in The Netherlands was founded in 
1911, it is the oldest and most renowned association of art dealers in 
the Netherlands.

We know better than anyone how important quality is. Anyone who buys 
something beautiful wants to know exactly what he is buying. Dating, 
attributions, condition and conservation of antiques, everything has to 
be right. That is why only the best traders are allowed to wear the Royal 
Association of Fine Art Dealers (VHOK) logo. Our members are the eyes of 
the art and antiques market and together strive for the highest standards 
of conaisseurship, knowledge and ethical standards. We have laid this 
down together and for customers in the 'Rules of Conduct' and the 
'General Terms and Conditions for Sales and Services'.

With over 60 members you will find all imaginable disciplines. Together 
we therefore have an unprecedented amount of knowledge in-house. We share
this knowledge with participants of our Art & Antiques in Practice 
course.
