Studio 2000 Art Gallery is one of the leading galleries dealing in
Dutch and Belgian art.
Originally established in 1985 by Howard Myers in
Amsterdam specializing in work by Jan Toorop and his most important
contemporaries. Since then Studio 2000 built a pre-eminent position in
the world of modern Dutch paintings from the early 20th century and
organized successful exhibitions. Since 1993 the gallery published a
highly appreciated quarterly magazine. In addition, the gallery
published various books on artists such as Jan Toorop. We work closely
with museum and art historical institutions to present the highest
quality for our collectors.
Since 2001 his son and daughter joined the family owned business and opened a gallery in the picturesque place Blaricum. Notable exhibitions like Leo Gestel, Tinus van Doorn, Isaac Israels, Jan Sluijters and Jan Toorop where held. All accompanied by publications.
